As a jewelry designer in Nina Ricci, Elsa Sen approached the brand’s DNA by first trying to translate the fabric pleats into a metal texture. This texture also references the craftmanship of vintage pieces of famous american jewelers of the middle of the XXth century (like Tiffany or Raymond Yard), but adding a graphic touch with black enameled spheres. For the fashion show, earrings were oversized creating a visual impact but then another version was industrialized in order to accomplish a commercial earring.
